GIFT VOUCHERS

• Gift Vouchers are valid for use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the Gift Voucher.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date stated on the Gift Voucher.
• Gift Vouchers are for single use only and once redeemed cannot be reused.
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable.
• Gift Vouchers are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as payment to any account unless otherwise stated by applicable law. 
• Only one Gift Voucher can be used per booking/transaction.
• All Gift Vouchers are bookable/redeemable, subject to availability. 
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. 
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against events or functions at the venue.
• Once purchased Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned, discounted, extended or changed.
• If the Gift Voucher has been purchased online via our website, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 entitle the original purchaser to a 14-day a 'cooling-off' period, from the date of delivery/purchase, to return and cancel the unused Gift Voucher. The right to cancel a Gift Voucher within 14 days of purchase does not apply to one which has been personalised with a recipient name or gifting message. A Gift Voucher is considered to be received by you at the time of purchase because an electronic version is sent to you via email at the point of purchase. 
• No change or credit will be given if the Gift Voucher value exceeds the total cost of the booking/ purchase and any remaining credit cannot be carried forward onto future bookings unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• If the total cost of the purchase exceeds the total value of the Gift Voucher, any excess must be paid by the person redeeming the Gift Voucher using cash, debit or credit card.
• If you receive any further form of discount, money off or refund for services paid for using a Gift Voucher, this will take the form of a further Gift Voucher or a credit note to be spent at the venue.
• Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Restrictions may apply on certain dates. Any date restrictions will be stated on the Gift Voucher.
• Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the venue named on the voucher, unless otherwise stated they cannot be transferred or used at other venues within Original Collection.
• Unless otherwise stated, gratuities are not included.
• Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

• By email: Gift Vouchers are automatically sent free of charge to the email address of you, the purchaser, at the point of purchase so you can  forward to the recipient or print out and give to them, at your convenience.
• By post: We can post Gift Vouchers to UK addresses only. There is an additional charge for this service. Any postage and packing (P&P) costs will be displayed before you purchase the Gift Voucher. If you select postal delivery, the cost of P&P will be added to the total Gift Voucher cost and must be paid at the point of purchase. 
  • Please allow up to seven days for delivery of a Gift Voucher by post. Please note that it may take longer to dispatch and deliver Gift Vouchers during busy periods. 
  • Postal Gift Vouchers are sent by Royal Mail First Class post so precise delivery dates and times may vary and Original Collection cannot take responsibility for late or non-delivery by Royal Mail or offer financial recompense for Gift Vouchers that are not not delivered within seven days.  
  • When you choose delivery by post, we also send a pdf version of the Gift Voucher to your email address at the time of purchase, so you can print it or forward it to the recipient if the paper version doesn't arrive in time.

• From time to time, we may offer discounted or special offer Gift Vouchers. These may have additional terms and conditions which supplement or replace these General Terms and Conditions. Any additional terms will be stated on your Gift Voucher.
• Gift Vouchers purchased outside of promotional offers cannot be discounted or changed once purchased.

• Dining Gift Vouchers: Dining Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in person at the venue. They are considered redeemed at the point of payment of the dining bill, so please ensure that the Gift Voucher is valid on the date of dining at the venue. 
  • You must pre-book your table, either by reserving it online via the venue website or by phoning or emailing the venue. 
  • State at the time of booking that you intend to use a Gift Voucher to pay for dining. 
  • Present your Gift Voucher to your server upon arrival at the venue. 
  • Please note that menus are subject to change depending on season and availability of ingredients.
• Stay Gift Vouchers: Stay Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online, in person at the venue or by phone or email. When booking, please state clearly that a Gift Voucher is being used against the cost of the stay. They are considered redeemed at the point of check-out, so please ensure the Gift Voucher does not expire before the check-out date of the stay. 
• Bar and Monetary Gift Vouchers: Bar and Monetary Gift Vouchers should be presented and redeemed at the venue. They are considered redeemed at the point of payment, so please ensure that the Gift Voucher is valid on that date.

Answer: At checkout, you will be asked to choose your preferred method of delivery.

1) By email. We automatically email you a pdf of the Gift Voucher free of charge for you to forward to the recipient's email address or print out and give to them, at your convenience. Please check your junk folder if you have not received. 

2) By post. We can post your Gift Voucher to a UK address only. There is an additional charge for this service, which will be displayed before you make your purchase. Gift Vouchers are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class post in a gift envelope or a gift box. Please allow up to seven days for delivery by post. When you choose delivery by post, we also send a pdf version of the Gift Voucher to your email address at the time of purchase, so you can print it or forward it to the recipient if the paper version doesn't arrive in time.

Answer: A PDF of your Gift Voucher will be emailed to you. You can then open this file and print the PDF.   

Answer: We do not supply VAT receipts on Gift Voucher sales, but we can issue VAT receipts on redemption of the Gift Voucher.
