Bookings & Cancellations

  • Your credit or debit card information will be collected when you book, but no pre-payment will be taken.
  • Full payment will be taken on departure.
  • Any cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before you are due to check-in to avoid being charged the full price of your stay.
  • Bookings must be made direct with the hotel by booking online, emailing reservations@broadfordhotel.co.uk or by calling 01471 822204.
