We are currently closed, reopening in spring 2021

Quiet prevails at Broadford Hotel as we are currently closed until early 2021 while we all sit out the Covid-19 pandemic. We have given this a lot of consideration and have concluded that this is the right decision to help keep our community, families at home and Broadford Hotel team safe. If you have a booking that is affected by this pause, we will be in touch. Please bear with us. All bookings can be rescheduled.

Since we reopened our doors back in the  summer, every single night has been a great one. We've learned how to manage our spaces, how to make sure you have the kind of carefree stay you love (while embracing the new normal!) and we've been the Scottish home that you escaped to. However, just as we start our favourite time of year - hot toddy season - we've checked out the last guests for awhile.

what next?

We all hope this time will pass swiftly, and that you'll be able to return soon. We are taking bookings for 2021; all bookings are flexible and can be rescheduled if you need to. If you are thinking about making a booking, it's best to reserve your room soon. We are a small hotel and we experienced quite an unprecedented flurry after the last lockdown!

If you have a booking that is affected by this temporary pause, please do bear with us, we willl be in touch. It may be that our replies are a little slower than usual as our small team take on the difficult task of rescheduling stays. It may be tempting to cancel your booking; but please do consider whether you can reschedule rather than calcelling. There are no penalties and your support means the world to small independent hotels like ours.

It's fair to say: we're in unusual times. It's understandable if you are feeling concerned or anxious about making bookings in the future. We are here to take bookings and we want to reassure you that they can be made risk-free. If you feel like you need to escape for a short break to reconnect and indulge, you can make a booking and cancel if you need to; please just allow 48 hours' notice.

Our cancellation policy allows you to book now and, if you can't make it, you change your mind, or situations change beyond our control, you can cancel - please just allow 48 hours' notice. This means that you can cancel any accommodation booking without any costs at all. Please email any booking enquiries: reservations@broadfordhotel.co.uk.

We genuinely appreciate your support. If you need to cancel your stay, we will also offer you the chance to reschedule. We'll be honest: the hospitality industry has been hit hard by this crisis, but with your support, we'll bounce back. Please consider rescheduling rather than cancelling.
