We've always been good at staying 'ship-shape', and over the last 12 months we have adjusted to new ways of doing things so that our care is more visible than ever at the hotel, while ensuring you have the time and space to be at your happiest. Helping you find these moments is, and always will be, at the heart of what we do.

We have developed a SEVEN POINT PLAN to help you understand the steps we are putting in place.

We have also implemented a number of safety measures:

  • All of our team will be wearing masks at all times. We kindly ask you to do the same when not sat at your table.
  • All food and drink will be table service only.
  • Dining is permitted to no more than 6 people from 3 households.
  • Please sanitise upon entry to the building. We have a number of sanitsing stations set up within the hotel & restaurant.
  • Tables have been appropriately distanced to adhere to social distancing measures.
  • Social distancing signs are displayed within the hotel & restaurant.
  • Your host will ask for a name and contact number from each person in your group for NHS Track and Trace. This will be securely held for 21 days. All team members have completed GDPR training.

It's fair to say: we're in unusual times. It's understandable if you are feeling concerned or anxious about making bookings in the future. We are here to take bookings and we want to reassure you that they can be made risk-free. If you feel like you need to escape for a short break to reconnect and indulge, you can make a booking and cancel if you need to; please just allow 48 hours' notice.

Our cancellation policy allows you to book now and, if you can't make it, you change your mind, or situations change beyond your control, you can cancel - please just allow 48 hours' notice. This means that you can cancel any accommodation booking without any costs at all. Please email any booking enquiries: reservations@broadfordhotel.co.uk.

We genuinely appreciate your support. If you need to cancel your stay, we will also offer you the chance to reschedule. We'll be honest: the hospitality industry has been hit hard by this crisis, but with your support, we'll bounce back. Please consider rescheduling rather than cancelling.
